As a dance instructor I am currently offering summer classes online suitable for beginners age 16+ I wish to bring dance into others life to make a real difference in the way we view exercise. Dancing allows you to feel good inside and out and after many years of teaching experience internationally I have seen first hand the healing tools dance has brought to many.

Develop strength, flexibility and better posture through ballet. This class is great for newbies to ballet looking to learn the basics, designed to strengthen your mind and body as we work on full body exercises finishing with a basic dancer stretch. What to wear? Anything comfortable and loose you can move freely in. Taster session free on any one class. All class bookings are secured through Paypal. Thursdays 6-7pm via zoom.
